TVOR Episode 17 Take Action

Recovery is such a challenging journey, but the process offers so much hope for a fulfilling
life. Two elements that play a crucial role in this journey are accountability and action. Accountability helps us
take ownership of our actions and choices, acknowledging the consequences we have faced. It involves being honest with oneself
and others, seeking support from loved ones or a support group, and being willing to make amends. Taking action is equally
important, as it requires us to actively participate in our recovery by implementing new healthy habits, engaging in
therapy or counseling, and making necessary lifestyle changes. Through accountability and action, individuals can break free
from the chains of addiction and pave the way for a brighter, healthier future. All of this can make us feel overwhelmed and sometimes
we just want to quit. Those are the days this podcast is for. Helping you find a way to stand up on a day you do not want to stand up
