Podcast 13 Acceptance and Flexibilty.

Flexibility and acceptance are two essential concepts in recovery. Flexibility allows us to adapt to changing circumstances and situations, which is important in recovery because we often face unexpected challenges and setbacks. Acceptance, on the other hand, allows us to come to terms with our past and present circumstances, including our addiction and its consequences. By accepting our situation, we can move forward and focus on what we can control, rather than dwelling on what we cannot change. Together, flexibility and acceptance help us to build resilience, manage stress, and maintain a positive outlook on life in recovery.#unitedhearts
